Digital Strategist - Campaigns

We are looking for a Digital Strategist - Campaigns to support growth for a leading education client. The role is suited to either someone looking for the next step in their career, or a seasoned expert returning to work. As a Digital Strategist, no day is the same, in the best way possible. You will play a vital role in creating creative and impressive campaigns from end-to-end for our purpose-driven client. This could look like mapping a campaign journey one day, to workshopping brand and product messaging on another. You will be confident in developing a project plan and compelling campaign messaging, working to develop innovative designs and implementation across a variety of channels. Core to the way you work is that ‘anything is possible’ and you’re not afraid to ask questions, or challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Create multi-channel campaign plans, write compelling copy, and coordinate execution with freelancers and internal teams. Developing acquisition and retention plans across a suite of products.
Channel Activation: Use tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to implement email journeys, organic and paid social, and develop sales enablement materials.
Client Relationships: Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong partnerships and leading workshops to brainstorm and define campaign objectives.
Reporting & Analytics: Set KPIs, measure campaign success, and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience within publishing or education advantageous
A strategic thinker with 2-4 years of marketing experience in an agency or startup environment (don't let this hold you back from applying - let's chat if you're interested!)
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and strong copywriting skills.
Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email development tools.
Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
Employment Details
This is a part-time 0.6 FTE role with potential to grow, and flexible working arrangements.
Looking for candidates based in Melbourne.
A remote role, but with key client in Richmond requiring 1-day per week in office, and visitation at other clients as required.
Competitive salary based on experience.
